By accessing www.eloitech.com or engaging the services of eloiTech Solutions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and others who access our services.

2. Services Description

eloiTech Solutions LLC provides professional technology services, including:

• Custom Software Development: Design, coding, and implementation of bespoke software solutions.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Managed services, security, and administration of Microsoft Azure environments.
• Technical Consulting: Domain management, SSL certificate administration, and IT infrastructure strategy.

3. Custom Software & Intellectual Property

• Work Product: Upon receipt of full payment, eloiTech Solutions LLC grants the Client ownership of the specific code created for their project.
• Background Technology: We retain ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, or proprietary tools used to develop the software.
• Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes related to the original project specifications. After this period, software is provided "AS IS."

4. Client Obligations

Clients must provide timely access to necessary accounts (e.g., Azure portals, domain registrars). Failure to provide required information may result in project delays or service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, eloiTech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or profit, resulting from service interruptions or third-party platform failures (e.g., Microsoft Azure outages).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Montana.

3. Data Processing for Custom Software

In developing custom software, we may act as a Data Processor. We only access end-user data within the client's environment for authorized testing, migration, or debugging purposes. We do not use client-owned data for our own purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Security

We do not sell your personal or business data. We only share information with third-party service providers (e.g., Microsoft, domain registrars) essential to fulfilling our services. We utilize industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard your data.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data.
